Every feed, every nap, every first โ beautifully tracked. Share instantly with your whole family.
Your baby's profile is ready. Start logging and Cradl will build insights for your whole family.
Cradl ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and your child's privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Ever.
Account data: Your email address, first name, and last name (if provided). This is used only to identify your account and is never shared.
Baby tracking data: The information you enter โ feeding logs, diaper changes, sleep records, growth measurements, milestones, notes. This data belongs to you. We store it so you can access it across devices.
Usage analytics: Anonymous, aggregate data about which features are used (e.g., "the bottle feature was used 500 times today"). No personal data, no baby data, no names.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), a SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified cloud platform. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Your data is scoped to your account UID โ no other user can access your records without an explicit caregiver invitation from you.
Cradl is designed for use by adults (18+) โ parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Baby information (name, date of birth, health logs) is associated with the parent's or caregiver's account and is entered by adults on behalf of their child. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
When you invite a caregiver, you explicitly grant them access to view and add log entries for your baby. You control this access entirely and can revoke it at any time. Caregivers cannot change account settings, delete your account, or access billing information.
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: Google Firebase (authentication and data storage); Google Analytics for Firebase (anonymous usage analytics); Stripe or RevenueCat (payment processing โ we never store your card details). We do not use Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any data brokers.
Access: Export all your data as CSV or JSON at any time from the Reports page.
Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Portability: Your data can be exported in standard formats (CSV, JSON) at any time.
Opt-out: You may disable Firebase Analytics by contacting us. Core app functionality is unaffected.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Free tier accounts inactive for 24 months may have their data deleted after 60 days notice. Paid accounts retain data indefinitely. Upon account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.
Privacy questions or data requests: [email protected]
We respond to all privacy requests within 5 business days.
